Shipping Terms – Airsoft Shop
1. Shipped Products
We only ship legal products allowed for online sale in Belgium: accessories, protective gear, tactical clothing, and consumables. No replicas are shipped.
2. Shipping Time
Orders are shipped the same day or the next business day depending on the time of validation. No shipments on Tuesdays, weekends, or public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Belgium: 1 to 2 business days.
Europe: up to 7 days depending on destination.
4. Tracking
A Bpost tracking link is sent by email after shipping.
5. Shipping Costs
Belgium: €5.50.
Free for purchases over €75.
Europe: fees calculated automatically.
6. Reception
Check the parcel upon delivery. Refuse it or report any damage within 48 hours with photos.
7. Delay
Contact us if you do not receive your order within 7 business days after shipment.
8. Returns
Unused products can be returned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging.
Clothing: must be unwashed, stain-free, odor-free, and free from pet hair. Tags must remain attached.
