The FX DRS MKII Classic Synthetic Standard air rifle has a classic design, but it incorporates the latest technology. Naturally, it comes standard with numerous precise adjustment options: an external regulator and adjustable hammer spring preload. Here are the highlights:

Air reservoir in the barrel sleeve

As we’ve already briefly mentioned, the FX DRS MKII Classic Synthetic Standard air rifle features an air reservoir integrated into the barrel. The absence of a cylinder or tank beneath the barrel significantly lowers the rifle’s profile. This results in better visibility in the shooting position and more compact transport and storage. The reservoir’s capacity is 260 cm³.

Adjustable Regulator

To ensure consistent pressure with every shot, the FX DRS air rifle is equipped with an AMP MKII regulator. This regulator, which is adjustable from the outside, allows you to perfectly adjust the pressure to the pellet or bullet being used. The result is optimal accuracy and impeccable consistency.

Adjustable Hammer Spring

By removing the stock, you can adjust the preload of the hammer spring. A higher preload prolongs the valve’s open time, allowing a greater volume of air to pass through. Conversely, a lower preload reduces the duration of the airflow. This allows you to experiment with different settings to maintain propulsion pressure behind the projectile in the barrel for as long as possible, without the risk of overpressure at the muzzle, which could cause instability.

High-Power Plenum

FX is renowned for the special care it devotes to the plenum. This air reservoir, located between the regulator and the valve, stores all of the regulated compressed air needed to fire a single projectile. FX has opted for a 25 cm³ plenum as the optimal air supply.

Superior STX Barrel System

The Superior STX barrel system features a removable sleeve with external rifling. As a result, the inner surface of the sleeve is perfectly smooth, and the rifling is exceptionally smooth. This ensures minimal resistance and an optimal seal around the shot or bullet. On this MKII version, the sleeve can be removed and replaced without having to release the pressure exerted by the barrel sleeve.

Maintenance-Free Stock

The FX DRS MKII Classic Synthetic Standard rifle features a maintenance-free synthetic stock with a soft-touch coating that provides an excellent grip, even in wet conditions. Its black stock gives it a modern look.

Adjustable Trigger

To get the most out of the FX DRS MKII Classic Synthetic Standard rifle, it is equipped with a fully adjustable trigger. This allows you to fine-tune it precisely to your preferences, for a feel perfectly suited to your shooting style. Both the first and second stages of the trigger are adjustable, and the trigger blade can be adjusted for distance and height, as well as pivoted for optimal ergonomics.

30 MOA Scope Rail

A standard Picatinny Weaver/30 MOA rail provides a sturdy mounting base for a wide range of rifle scopes. Thanks to its 30 MOA forward tilt, the mounted scope benefits from a greater range of adjustment when shooting at long ranges.

Loading and Refilling

Once the magazine is in place, simply pull the smooth-operating cocking lever on the right side to load the FX DRS. To refill the air reservoir, simply insert the filling nozzle into the port on the right side.
